10 best chalet villages

Sofa und Kaminfeuer im Chalet

CHALETDORF.INFO HAS VOTED

Under strict guidelines, the editors of Chaletdorf.info scrutinised numerous chalet villages from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol to crown the ten best chalets. We can be proud because our Aadla Walser chalets won the "Luxury" category!

The best chalets for romance, family, wellness, luxury & Co.

The editorial team of Cheltdorf.info has voted! What are the top recommendations for the coming holiday year? After intensive research, close scrutiny and difficult jury decisions, the jury has chosen the top recommendations in each of ten different categories. Best chalet villages from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tyrol crowned. And this crowning took place under strict guidelines: is the chalet village really run with a commitment to tourism? How are the ratings on various platforms? And does the chalet village have a convincing target group specialisation? All these areas, but also all details about the facilities and services, are closely scrutinised in the jury's decisions. Yes - that is indeed no mean feat! We are all the more pleased to have been selected by the jury! Our Aadla Walser Chalets are among the best ten chalet villages and were allowed to win the category "Luxury" win over!

LUXURY: the best chalets for the pampered

The seven chalets in Schröcken am Arlberg provide a possible answer. Because in the Outdoor sauna sweat, in the romantic hot tub splashing around or chilling in front of the fireplace, that would be too little here. The hosts Michaela and Elmar Schwarzmann also focus on personal service. This is not only the breakfast of your choice and other dishes delivered to the chalet, shopping service or housekeeping, but also the organisation of very special moments for your guests: Picnic in the in-house high stand and Private Dining at other special locations, a Private chef in the chalet order or a Winter Barbecue on your own chalet terrace.

The editors of Chaletdorf.info have the best chalet villages in ten different categories researched. The list of ten award winners each represents the top recommendation for the coming holiday year for different guest groups and holiday interests. These Aadla Walser chalets won in the "Luxury" category.

Driving mode: daily from 09:00-16:00

The first part of the hike leads along a gravel road through a spruce forest until you reach the exciting rock tunnels. Excitement guaranteed: the tunnels, which can be up to 30 metres long, can sometimes get quite dark. If you don't want to stumble into puddles of water, you should take a torch with you. Otherwise, individual "windows" provide a little light every now and then! Warm food and drinks await you at the Sulzlalm.

Opening hours: Mid May - Mid October

This hike even has two advantages on rainy days! Firstly, a cosy parlour with warm delicacies awaits you at Cafe Uta, where you can warm up and dry off wonderfully. Secondly, you pass the Simms waterfall, which is particularly strong on rainy days.
