General Terms and Conditions

With the exception of the cancellation conditions, the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

Cancellation conditions

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before departure
90th to 45th day: 40 % of the tour price
from day 44 - 35: 60 %
from day 34 - 8: 80 %
from 7th day and in case of no-show or earlier departure: 90 %

Deposit
For binding bookings we ask for a deposit in the amount of 30 % of the accommodation costs.
This is due after receipt of the reservation confirmation.

Travel insurance

Sometimes it can happen that a booked trip has to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons. In addition, cancellation fees are then usually due. To protect our guests in this case, we recommend taking out travel insurance. Among other things, the following services are covered:

Involuntary holiday extension
Search and rescue including helicopter rescue...
